Since 2023
Garten Gears is owned and operated by Kevin Maule based out of Boat of Garten, Scotland
Offering professional bicycle maintenance, repair, the occasional second had bike for sale. From 2024 Garten Gears now offers ski and snowboard wax, edge and simple base repair.
Kevin holds the Gold Velotech award in Bicycle maintenance and has 20 plus years of outdoor pursuits instruction including mountain bike leader and ski mountain leader qualifications.
Garten Gears aims to offer friendly, honest service to keep you rolling and gliding.

Strathspey Pedal Initiative
Our friends over at Backcountry.scot have created a wonderful project aimed at making cycling affordable to all and encouraging the use of cargo bikes locally.
Second hand refurbished bikes can be bought at a what you can afford price whilst XYZ cargo bikes can be hired from as little as £5 per day.
You may spot me helping fix for them occasionally too.
