Garten Gears

Garten Gears started in 2023 as a part time business at home in Boat of Garten, Scotland. It has now evolved into full time repairing and servicing bicycles, supporting community cycling hubs, providing Dr Bike free repair sessions and as a mechanic for hire.

Three days per week you will find me working for The Spin Project, Kingussie as a reuse mechanic.

My qualifications include Velotech Silver, Gold and Cytech Technical E-bike. I am a Gold member of the Association of Cycle traders (ACT) and insured by Bikmo.

Oh and……Winner of the 2026 Ten Under the Ben “Three Old Guys on silly bikes” category.
